Years of dedication recognised as our latest students are awarded their Lau Gar black sash.
Grading to black sash is the result of years of training, discipline and heart.
Our latest gradings saw both juniors and adults step up and earn their black sashes under the British Kung Fu Association.
A special mention to Cian, who started at nearly 5 years old and — now aged 12 — has passed his 1st degree Lau Gar black sash. Very respectful, and yes, this kid can fight!
