The Art of Lau Gar
The Grading Syllabus
Sashes run White, Blue, Orange, Green, Yellow, Purple and Brown — then six degrees of Black. Each sash takes a minimum of three months' training up to Brown, then at least 18 months for Black sash — if you're ready, that is. The syllabus covers defence, strikes and traditional weapons.
